1. Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit. We’ll send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.

2. Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before or during the trip based on our agreement.

3. Cancellation
Cancellations made far in advance are eligible for a refund. For last-minute cancellations, we may not be able to offer a full refund due to operational costs.

4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests have their own travel insurance to cover any unexpected events like medical emergencies or trip delays.

5. Health & Safety
Please let us know if you have any health conditions. Your safety is our priority, and we may adjust activities accordingly.

6. Itinerary Flexibility
We may adjust the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or park rules. We’ll always try to give you the best experience possible.

7. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage during the trip.

8. Respect Local Culture
We ask all guests to respect local traditions, customs, and the environment. Let’s keep Flores beautiful together.

9. Pick-up & Drop-off
We provide pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or meeting point. Let us know your location in advance.

10. Communication
Please keep your phone or WhatsApp active so we can stay in touch during your trip.
